I saw some concept art of a revamped Bebop and Rocksteady recently, and it made me want to draw some fan art of my favorite TMNT villain.
Does anyone else think Bebop and Michelangelo could have been total buds? I'm seeing a lot of awesome pizza dance parties.

Bebop never struck me as a truly bad guy. I blame Rocksteady for being a bad influence on him (he was the gang leader, right?). I think he was the smarter of the two goons, and he could have totally been a bud of Mikey.
